Understanding the Properties List

Properties is the left-hand nav tab that lists every physical property (a unit, lot, or address) belonging to the currently-selected organization. A property is the thing being managed — an address with a title — and members are attached to it as Owners or Tenants.

The columns

• Address — the property's street address and city/state/zip, shown on two lines.
• Title — the display name of the property. This does not have to match the address. A community can title properties after a unit label ("Unit 204"), the street address itself, or, in demo data, something unrelated like a landmark name.
• Lot Number — an optional short code some communities use to identify a lot within a subdivision (for example, "v-88"). Many properties leave this blank, shown as a dash.
• Member Count — how many members (owners/tenants) are currently attached to this property.
• Status — Active, Inactive, or Deleted. Deleted properties are soft-deleted and can be filtered back into view.
• Actions — a per-row dropdown with View, Edit, and Delete.
