Every invoice row on the Invoice Dashboard has its own Actions menu. Invoice Log shows a dated history of what has happened to that one invoice. ##### **When Would You Use This?** - You need to know exactly what happened to one invoice, such as when it was created and by whom. - You want to confirm whether an invoice was created by a person or automatically by an invoice schedule. ##### **How to View an Invoice's Log** 1. Go to `Balances > Invoice Dashboard`. 2. Click `Invoice Log`. 4. The dialog is titled "Invoice #\[number\] Log" with the property name under it and a "Showing: N of N" count. It lists one entry for each event, newest first. Click `Close` to return to the Invoice Dashboard. ##### **Good to Know** - Invoice Log is read-only. - An automatically created invoice shows "Invoice Scheduler" as the actor. A late fee that the platform adds on its own shows "Late Fee Scheduler" (for example, "Late fee of $1.00 (occurrence 2) was applied to \[Invoice Name\].").
