# How Do I Take Action on Several Members at Once?
This article shows you how to select several members and invite or uninvite them in one step from the Members list. Owners and Org Admins can do this from Members \> List Actions.
##### **When would you use this?**
- You added a group of new residents and want to send all of their invitations at once.
- You sent invitations to the wrong group of members and want to withdraw them together.
##### **Steps**
1. Click Members in the left nav.
2. Check the box at the left of each member you want to include. To include every member that matches your current search and filter, check the box in the table header (its label is Select All). The Selected counter next to "Showing" shows how many members are chosen.
3. Click List Actions and choose Invite or Uninvite. Add Member is always available; the other choices are grayed out until at least one member is checked.
4. Read the confirmation message (the list below shows what each one says).
5. Click Yes to continue, or No to cancel without changing anything.
6. Read the result message and click OK. It states how many members were changed and how many were skipped.
##### **What each action says**
- **Invite**
Confirmation: "Invites will only send to Members with the status of Created and Expired."
Result: "Invitations sent to 3 of 3 Member(s). 0 skipped."
- **Uninvite**
Confirmation: "Only Members with the status of Invited will be uninvited."
Result: "Uninvited 3 of 3 Member(s). 0 skipped."
The numbers in each message match the members you selected and what the action did. The Invite and Uninvite examples above are for three selected members.
##### **Good to Know**
- The header checkbox selects every member that matches your current search and filter, not only the 20 rows loaded on the screen. With 23 matching members and 20 rows showing, the counter reads Selected: 23. Search or filter first when you want a smaller group.
- Invite sends an invitation only to selected members whose Status is Created or Expired. Selected members with any other Status are skipped and counted in the "skipped" number. The member's Status changes to Invited.
- Uninvite applies to selected members whose Status is Invited. Their Status changes to Expired, and they can be invited again with Invite.
- Members whose Status is Expired do not appear in the list until you add Expired to the Status filter (the list starts with Created, Invited, and Active).
- After an action finishes, the Selected counter returns to 0.
