How Do I Switch Between List and Grid View in Document Center

Toggle Document Center between its default list layout and a thumbnail-style grid view.

Document Center loads with documents shown as a list by default, but includes a Grid view toggle button in its toolbar for switching to a thumbnail-style layout instead.

When would you use this?

  • Scanning a folder of scanned meeting minutes or forms where you want to recognize a document by its thumbnail rather than reading file names in a list.
  • Reviewing a large batch of recently uploaded photos or PDFs where a grid of previews is faster to browse than a text list.

How to Get There

  1. Click Document Center in the left nav.
  2. In the toolbar above the document list, click the Grid view button (it sits alongside the folder navigation and upload controls).
  3. The document list switches to a grid/thumbnail layout. Click the same button again to switch back to the list layout.

Good to Know

  • The view toggle only changes how documents are displayed — it doesn't change which documents you can see or what actions are available on them.

Note: This toggle is only visible at wider (desktop) screen widths; on a narrow browser window or small screen, Document Center stays in its default list layout.
