# Filter and Search the Payment Dashboard

##### **Search**

Type in the **Search Payments** box above the table, then press Enter or click **Search**. It searches by **Invoice Name**, **Invoice #**, or **Property** (its title, street address, or lot number; for a lot number, type just the number). This is the fastest way to find one specific payment if you already know part of its invoice name, invoice number, or the property it belongs to.

##### **Filter panel**

Click the **Filter** button to open a panel with these fields:

- **Property Title** — type a property title and click the **+** button to add it to the filter.
- **Address Line 1** — type a street address and click the **+** button to add it.
- **Lot #** — type a lot number and click the **+** button to add it.
- **Due Date** — a from/to date range on the invoice's due date.
- **Date Paid** — a from/to date range on when the payment was recorded, useful for narrowing to a specific month when reconciling.
- **Status** — narrow to one payment status (Pending, Succeeded, Marked, Unmarked, Failed, Canceling, Canceled, Refund Pending, or Refunded). See "[Understand Payment Status Values](https://help.hoastart.app/understand-payment-status-values?hsLang=en)" for what each one means.
- **Amount** — enter a Min and/or a Max dollar amount.
- **Fees** — enter a Min and/or a Max for the service fee charged on the payment.
- **Payment Source** — narrow to **All payments**, **Stripe payments only**, or **Manual payments only**. Use this to separate online card/ACH payments from payments entered by hand.

After setting your criteria, click **Apply**. Click **Reset** to clear all filter fields and start over.

##### **Example**

To pull every check payment recorded in a given month for a treasurer's report: open Filter, set Payment Source to **Manual payments only**, set a Date Paid range covering that month, and click Apply.
