Filter and Search Payment History
Search
Use the Search Payments box above the table to search by Invoice Name, Invoice #, or Property. This is the fastest way to find one specific payment if you already know part of its invoice name, invoice number, or the property it belongs to.
Filter panel
Click the Filter button to open a panel with these fields:
- Property Title — filter to payments on invoices for a specific property; click the + button to add the criterion.
- Address Line 1 — filter by the property's street address.
- Lot # — filter by lot number.
- Due Date — a from/to date range on the invoice's due date.
- Date Paid — a from/to date range on when the payment was recorded, useful for narrowing to a specific month when reconciling.
- Status — narrow to one payment status (Pending, Succeeded, Marked, Unmarked, Failed, Canceled, Refund Pending, or Refunded). See "What Do the Status Values in Payment History Mean?" for what each one means.
- Amount — filter by the payment dollar amount.
- Fees — filter by the service fee amount charged on the payment.
- Payment Source — narrow to All payments, Stripe payments only, or Manual payments only. Use this to separate online card/ACH payments from payments staff entered by hand.
After setting your criteria, click Apply. Click Reset to clear all filter fields and start over.
Example
To pull every check payment recorded in a given month for a treasurer's report: open Filter, set Payment Source to Manual payments only, set a Date Paid range covering that month, and click Apply.
